nénu is a family story and is a nod to his older brother – Le Nénuphar, a Vietnamese restaurant opened in 1982 in Woluwé-Saint-Lambert by the father of Tutu Pham, owner and executive chef of Nénu. Nu also means « bud » in Vietnamese.
At nénu, small Vietnamese dishes with a modern twist are shared with friends and family whilst sipping a good drink in a laid-back and friendly manner.
This is the concept of "anh nhau". Just like in Vietnam.
Ask a Vietnamese to “anh nhau” and you will undoubtedly raise a smile.
